This is perfect for exploring different taste profiles before committing to your favourite. Kei — Smooth, well-balanced and milder taste. The umami and astringency are balanced. Takumi — stronger umami taste than Kei as well as the matcha taste and less bitterness. Kami — the pinnacle of the matcha which has the strongest flavour of umami and least bitterness. 🧊 Latte Recipe: 1.⁠ ⁠5g Matcha Powder (approx. 2 full bamboo scoops) 2.⁠ ⁠40ml hot water (75–80°C) 3.⁠ ⁠5–10g sugar syrup (optional) 4.⁠ ⁠150ml fresh milk 5.⁠ ⁠Ice cubes ➡️ Whisk matcha with water, mix with milk & syrup, pour over ice and enjoy!
